The development of the new Diplomat packaging extensions began with an open, exploratory design process—embracing curiosity, relentless sketching, and divergent thinking to uncover new visual directions. Working closely with the team, we validated key creative routes before moving into rapid prototyping and consumer focus groups. This blend of strategic thinking, intuitive design, and collaborative experimentation provided the real insights needed to select the strongest concepts, ultimately delivering a distinctive packaging system with high shelf impact.
