The crisis of job obsolescence has accelerated drastically due to the pandemic and the rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
According to the World Economic Forum (WEF), the net elimination of 14 million jobs is projected globally by 2027 alone due to automation.
The problem is systemic: existing reskilling systems are rigid and traditional, and there is no clear,
disruptive solution to empower and integrate this displaced talent into quality jobs.
